THE PROBLEM AND THE GOAL
MY ROLE
End to end product designer.
Conducting interviews, paper and digital wireframes, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, and iterating on designs.
April 2022 -September 2022
In the fast-paced world of today, busy working adults often find themselves pressed for time, making it challenging to indulge in the traditional brick-and-mortar shopping experience. The demands of their work schedules often align with the operational hours of clothing stores, leaving little room for a convenient and leisurely shopping excursion. Caught in the hustle of professional life, these individuals seek alternative ways to fulfill their fashion needs without compromising their busy routines.
We empower our users to swiftly and effortlessly acquire the clothing they desire, any time, and every day of the year.
USERS RESEARCHES
I conducted interviews with different users using Google Forms to learn about their needs and concerns.
Many customers have the problem that due to their work hours they cannot go to buy clothes at the physical store, so this application is a great option to solve this problem. I show the most outstanding answers:

"Others clients wants to know the delivery
times"
"Many customers want to make the payment easily and securely through the app. Also many use ApplePay"
